Shipping Policy for Small Town Natural:

 What locations do we ship to? We ship within Canada only at this time.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. All orders are processed + shipped as soon as possible. Small Town Natural operates on a 4 day work week Monday to Thursday. We typically take 2-3 business days for handling and processing your order. The average delivery time frame is anywhere from 3 to 14 business days. Depending on your location you may receive your order earlier. Please allow extra time (and patience) during our busy season(s) as postal delays are out of our control. Also beware additional factors may cause delivery delays (eg. natural disasters, postal strikes, etc.). If you place your order on a weekend or Holiday your order will be processed the next business day.

Annual Exceptions to our shipping policy:

There will be no orders processed after 12:00 pm noon (standard Eastern time) December 24th until business resumes at 10:00 am(EST) December 27th each and every year.

Small Town Natural shuts down the entire company on August 25th every year for All of our staff to enjoy a much deserved vacation until we re-open one month later on September 25th. The e-store and order processing shuts down at 12:00 pm (noon EST) on August 24th annually. If you attempt to place an order after 11:59 am(EST) August 24th you will receive an error message and you will have to revisit our website after 12:00 am (EST) on September 25th. We are sure you understand and agree that our staff are just as deserving of a vacation as anyone else is! We will be more than happy to process your order when we re-open. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

If you have chosen to pay for the tracked shipping option through Canada Post at the time of your checkout on our e-store website you will have a tracking number issued to you. It is important to note*Tracked and insured packages are rarely lost. If you paid for regular delivery you will not receive a tracking number.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

First check the date your order was placed (often customers forget it can take between 2-3 business days to process an order). If you still have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation. In some cases (eg. remote locations) the delivery time may take longer than our policy states due to circumstances out of our control.
