Small Town Natural offers a 30-day return policy for all items purchased at regular price (not discounted nor sale nor clearance items), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Absolutely NO exceptions! Refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition; unworn or unused, with the original tags, and unwashed/un-laundered +possessing no foul odours (eg. cigarette smoke, pot smoke), + no pet fur. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Small Town Natural only accepts exchanges or returns of items purchased at full price, we will not accept returns nor exchanges on sale items nor clearance items nor discounted items. We also do not accept exchanges nor returns on underwear, nor under garments, nor swimwear, nor socks. All aforementioned items are final sale upon purchase and therefore cannot be exchanged nor returned, nor refunded.

Please note return shipping charges are not included in the return $ amount. You will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label & coordinating return shipping logistics with Canada Post.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you to make arrangements. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As stated above:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Small Town Natural reserves the right to change this returns and exchanges policy at anytime without notice. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages suffered as a result of such changes.

Small Town Natural reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the above criteria are not met. If we receive a returned item that does not meet the above criteria you will be charged by your shipping company and your order will not receive a refund/exchange.
